Hefeweizen, what pressure?

What pressure should I carbinate my hefeweizen to? Its at about 40F and ~10psi right now.

i did my last one at 14 psi for 2 weeks. i set it and forget it.

depends on how carbonated you want it. At 40C use 18 psi for the low end and 30 psi for the high end. here is a carbonation table.

+1 on the 14-15 psi and set and forget method. I like Hefe's better with a little more bubbles. This would get you 2.3-3 Vol.

Thanks, I have at about 12 now. Its doing really well.
