Hefeweizen took off like crazy

So i was awakened last night by what I thought was police sirens in the distance. Turns out it was just gas escaping from my airlock. I pitched 3068 into my Hefeweizen before I went to bed and then this morning it had a good 5 in krausen and the airlock is going nuts. haha

Watch your wort temperature. WY3068 can get to warm and give you a very heavy banana flavor.

Itss a steady 68f right now. defiantly smelling some banana smells through the airlock. although banana sounds pretty good to me
