I brewed a hefe about 18 days ago.

6 lbs. wheat malt
4 lbs. 2-row
1 lb. torrified wheat
1 lb. red wheat
.5 lb rice hulls

1 gal/ pound in the mash. Attemted a step mash of 133 for 30 minutes/ 153 for 60 minutes. Missed temps, 138 for 30 minutes/ 156 for 60. Sparged with 20 qts. @ 170. My last efficiency was 70%. Broke my hydrometer. 16 days in primary, bottled at 1.012. This was my 4th AG batch.

My hefe is clear. I can see through the green glass bottles.

I had an extract wit go clear last year also.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
