Heading to Dubuque Iowa this weekend

I'm going through Dubuque on my way to Maquoketa Iowa for Vintage Torque Fest. I am wondering if theres anywhere in Dubuque worth checking out. Any beers worth picking up that I cant get in Wisconsin? or local breweries? good liquor stores?

Sorry, its been a long time since I've been in Dubuque. It is a beautiful river town, though.

well... there is Great River brewing in Davenport, but I'm not exactly sure how far that is. and there is Potosi brewing (it's probably on that map above) near Dubuque over the river is WI. if you are up for a drive, north of Dubuque is very pretty near the confluence of the Wisconsin and Mississippi rivers.
