I would like to brew a Chocolate & Hazelnut Stout, but I am not sure how to best add the Hazelnut. I have a few questions:

1. I understand best to use an Hazelnut essence of some sort? If so, what type, and any recommended brands?
2. How much do you add?
3. When to add? I am thinking when bottling/kegging?
