Hi adamk222

I am brewing a strong Belgian ale with it tomorrow, I was wondering how the S-33 work for you beer? This is the recipe I am going to use

Partial mash @152 F for 60 minutes

3 lb pale malt
0.5 lb Special B
0.25 lb Flaked wheat

6.6lbs John smiths light malt extract
1lbs Muntons light DME
2lbs Demerara sugar

60 minute boil...

Liquid extract added 5 minutes before the end of boil
Dry extract added 10-15 minutes before the end of boil
Sugar added 10 minutes before the end of boil

60min, 2oz Kent Goldings

15min, 1oz Fuggles

5min, 1oz Fuggles

Pitched two re-hydrated packs of Safbrew S-33
