Searched around quite a bit and haven't found anything on the subject. I'm about to co pitch lacto, brett and sacc in a Mixed fermentation beer. Thinking about trying Clarity Ferm in it.

Since I've been cutting down on gluten, my inflammation has stopped and I have way more energy. So I've been using White Labs Clarity Ferm in all my brews with great results. I'm not sure about the science, how that will effect non-yeast organisms. Any insight is much appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply. I occasionally use Clarity Ferm for stouts that my gluten intolerant wife tends to like, but I don't understand why it would have any effect at all on mixed-ferm beers. I say try it and see.

I use CF on all my beers. I have only done one co pitch sour with it, but it was fine. No gluten issues for me at all in that sour. It should work like any other beer.
