He even stated that mozzarella is as easy as adding vinegar or lemon juice to milk and using that for pizza. Seriously, any picture of that yutz (particularly in meme form), just begs to have a Scumbag Steve cap affixed to his massive noggin. Also of note, from another vid that might or might not have been posted on this thread, was his take on local brewers. Apparently, none of them are any good. That was interesting, I learned a lot, but what I REALLY learned a lot about was civics in this video.

Did you know that Canada is a Socialist country with Communist values? No? How about that the USA is a Socialist country with Capitalist values? My head almost exploded right there.

Agreed, plus people like that will give newcomers to the hombrewing world a wrong idea about proccess and the actual people that brews, I haven´t heard from him in a while I really hope that he is into another hobby by now
