I LOVE 3 FLOYD'S!
I have also noticed that almost all their beers have this almost cotton-candy like sweetness to them that is absolutely divine.
It is my understanding, and correct me if I'm wrong, that when a brewery has a similar note in all their beers it is most likely b/c of the house yeast strain. If that is the case then I definitely want to harvest some yeast from a bottle. Has anyone ever done this with FFF. I know with some breweries that can be tricky.
P.S. My buddy harvested some Heady Topper yeast and the ensuing IPA he created brought tears to my eyes when the keg finally blew.
