I just got 2 lbs of wet hops (1lb amarillo and 1lb simcoe) from the LHBS and I need some ideas on what to do with them.
Any of you guys ever make a wet hop beer before?
How did you like the results?
My first thought was to use them all in a big DIPA hop burst style but im not sure how I can pull that off with only a 7.5 gal kettle. I guess I could do 2 single hop beers and then a 3rd big IPA with remaining hops....
