I brewed a batch of harp clone 24 hours ago, I am still not seeing any bubbles in the airlock, I followed the recipe to a tee and used the 2 choice yeast and followed the instruction on the package.
As its a lager l have it sitting around 54ºF.
 
it will take a while before you notice anything with a lager. Even for an ale 24 hours could be early for much activity out of the airlock. Since the colder temps slow down yeast activity it's going to take even longer to start. That's why lager fermentations take so much longer. Nothing to worry about yet.
