I'm Looking for super Clean hard seltzer and when i say super clean i mean just 6% ABV vodka basically

i have
Lutra Kveik Dry Yeast
Propper Seltzer Nutrient
Corn Sugar
Distilled Water

any advice you can give to achieve this clean seltzer ? some suggest i ferment at 20C and not at higher temp even with Lutra Kveik . any other ingredient could help ?

Honestly with what you have you should end up with a clean finished seltzer. I would only recommend using RO water instead of distilled(but that’s a personal preference). I would definitely use the lutra in the lower temps-however the Dry Voss yeast from Lallemand would also work well as I’ve found it to be super neutral.
