Sounds (at best) like a mixed drink. As a wine it sounds revolting, but if you really want an answer, you should at least provide a link to the Henry's that you are referring to.

Maybe this should be posted into the soda pop forum instead?

It's like the hard lemonade, or other odd ball stuff out there lately. Some of which I think is just a modified wine cooler/flavored malt beverage.
Once "hard" is added to the description, it no longer qualifies as soda. So wherever they discuss Skeeter Pee would be the place for this.
