Hello,
I am interested in making some homemade soda to give away at a family reunion/camping event in October, so I have plenty of time to make it. As a brewer, I have a surfeit of brown glass bottles available and would like mix up whatever the ingredients are to make soda and let it carbonate naturally. I've scanned this forum and did not stumble onto a definitive "what you want to do is X, Y, & Z" and I was hoping someone could help me reduce the amount of time it'll take me to figure this out.
Say I wanted to make 4-5 gallons of old-fashioned sarsaparilla that is safe for children to consume, how would I go about it?
