Hard Cide Experiment

I was looking at trying to brew a apple pie hard cider using the following:


RECIPE INCLUDES:
1 Can Archer's Orchard Hard Cider
1 Can Golden Wheat UME
1 Packet Dry Cider Yeast
1 1/2 Cups Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Dark brown sugar
1 Cup Granulated White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Apple Pie Spice


Any thoughts or changes
