White labs has new packaging! Out local homebrew store, Fermentations Home Winemaking & Homebrew Center, contacted Mike about the new packaging, and asked if we would like a free pack of yeast if we would give our feedback. Watch the video to see how it performed and our impressions of it.

Interestingly, the basic printed-on-the-package recommendation of "one pack for 5 gallons of wort" hasn't changed, even though the cell count has doubled. Methinks it's a little bit of an admission that the 100B cell packs were a bit light for many/most 5 gallon worts. And they do give the URL for their yeast calculator right on the package. I call this progress.
