I've been working on a house IPA recipe for a couple of years now. Finally, I'm happy with it and it's time to post. Wonderful citrus from the C hops. Six gallon batch:

14# 2 row
12.2oz Munich (9L)
8oz Carapils
7.8oz Crystal 80L

1.6oz Chinook (11.8%) 60MIN
1oz Cascade (5.5%) 10MIN
1oz Centennial (8.1%) 10MIN
.66oz Cascade (5.5%) Dryhop
.66oz Centennial (8.1%) Dryhop

SA-05 yeast

Mash @ 154 for 60 Minutes.

Sounds good. I use Munich in my house IPA too. I have yet to try Chinook hops but have heard good things.
