I've got some hops left over and was wondering if anyone had asome recipes using both of these - I've got about 1 oz of each, maybe more

I would use one for bittering and one for flavor/aroma, either order would be fine. I think if you use some of both for flavor/aroma the Cascade would dominate the Hallertau. Then again nothing like an experiment batch.
