So I brewed 5 gallons of a farmhouse ale. After 3 days in carboy it developed alot of foam and was overflowing. Coming from airlock. I transfered it to my 7 gallon fermenter using a racking cane and bottle wand to try not to oxygenate it. Should I be ok?
 
You should be fine. Are you worries about all the 'air' and bubbles you saw in the transfer tube? It was almost certainly just CO2.
