and he brought some Apa (american pale ale) that he had brewed, very nice beer, not to bitter, and we drank it while we bottled my "blizzard brew", he also brought a couple of his own wheat beers, when we sampled my beer before carbonation the flavor (at room temp) was almost identicle to his wheat except the hint of raspberry. Good god, I cant wait for my beer to be ready... It was delicious.

oh the stats on my raspberry wheat.

oh I'm based on Marine Specific gravity so I understand it best so I use that the most when translating beer to beer.
style: all malt wheat, hefeweizen
starting SG: 1.049
----
final SG: 1.014
abv:4.55%


I'm thinking I could have extended the fermentation to get a lower SG at the end.
I'm satisfied for a second batch.
