my brewing career got started because of a groupon deal for American Brewmaster in Raleigh. I think i got half off one of their starter kits.

Wife and I went, it was great. Overall the package deal wasn't that great of a deal. The tours are free, so your getting a lsight discount on a couple pint glasses and 8 cans of beer. They have an awesome bourbon barrel stout that is a must have if you ever find yourself in the area.

The guy who usually does the tours is good at mixing part humor and part facts. And when there is the occasional drunken frat boy, he does a great job at keeping them under control. We can;t wait to go back. They have a smokehouse up the road with awesome food too.
