I think you'll struggle to find a Grolsch clone/recipe.

Over here(the Netherlands) I don't think anyone has tried cloning it. And that would be your best bet for the recipe.

I did a search for you on some Dutch forums but couldn't find anything.

Nice set up! If you were feeling experimental you could try that recipe (http://www.beertools.com/html/recipe.php?view=7065&fvu=gallons&u=us&fv=5&scaleBttn=Scale+Recipe) but I would suggest steeping some munich and crystal instead of using those malts.

That recipe does not look good. Too high in the ibu's (should be more
like 20-25 not well over 30) and wrong type of hops. According to what
their website *used* to say, they use Perle hops for late addition and
aroma, now it just says they use two different hops. That grassy
aroma is distinctive, so I think the hop variety for late addition is
important. It's a light lager, so you need just pilsener malt, if anything else maybe a little Munich.
