Just getting into coffee roasting and brewing. Built a roaster about two months ago and have been enjoying good coffee for once. Until this point i have been using a hand grinder and doing the pour over method with good results.

Anyways my beautiful wife got me a new grinder for my birthday, Baratza Virtuoso. My brother also got me a grinder, Breville Smart Grinder Pro. Reading reviews online they both seem to get good reviews so i'm not sure which one i should keep. It seems the Breville maybe be better for espresso which I currently don't brew but may within the next year or two. So i'm not sure if it would be more versatile or not.

Whichever one I end up returning i am going to take the money from that and purchase a drip machine. What does everyone recommend for a drip brewer. The pour over is nice but on the weekends and if the mrs wants a cup i think it would be easier with a drip machine. Just getting into this new obsession so i'm not sure what would be best.
