Hello,
My name is Sam and I live in Arkansas, close to the Ozark Mountains. I Googled a number of Wine Making Forums, looking for one that would help me start out from scratch in Home Wine Making.

I bought a 'relatively expensive' book recently, hoping to inform me on starting up my home brewing experience. However, the info in the book is proving a tad daunting at the moment, so I hope you guys can ease me into the basics. Thank you for your time and patience.

Thanks guys. I can't wait to start learning from all the members' trial and error experiences. Anything to make my job a little easier. I have a particular preference for the few wines I tasted from Sicily, and I'd hope my expectations aren't too grandiose in trying to capture such a taste in home brewing.
