Hi everyone my name is Tyson. I live in Louisville Ohio (south of Cleveland). I have been brewing extract off and on for about 10 years and just made the jump to all grain. I sold a bunch of stuff on EBay and made enough money to buy a pre-built 10 gallon system from Morebeer.com I love it! My favorite beer to brew and drink is an IPA or American Amber Ale. I grew up in Chico Ca, the home of Sierra Nevada Brewery, so I have a tendency to brew that type of beer. I am doing a batch this weekend and will post some pics of my system for all to see.
