Hello all! I've been registered on here for a while now, but have really just been reading and learning all I can. I have to say this is an awesome resource and the people on here are never less than extraordinary, both in experience and willingness to help.
I'm from Ochlockonee Bay, Florida and I've been brewing off and on since college - sadly, that was about 8 years ago for me! At any rate, I've brewed small batches of grape and berry wines, some mead, ciders, and most recently a wit and a pumpkin ale. I'm wanting to brew a stout in the near future and hopefully some more wits that are a bit more traditional. I'll try to keep you posted on my progress.
If anyone on here is in the area of Tallahassee or Crawfordville, shoot me a PM and maybe we can get up sometime and swap stories.
