Hello everyone! I've been reading the forum for a few weeks now so I thought I should sign up and join in.
My husband and I have just started brewing. We've made a Canadian Ale that's just about gone and have Hefeweizen in primary and Scottish Ale in secondary. We'll be bottling this weekend. I can see how easy it is to become obsessive. There are a lot of recipes we'd like to try.

Welcome aboard the Love Boat! Just don't expect me to do any of that 'Scottish Dancing'!!;) :D

Karen,

Considering Utah's rather arcane liquor laws, brewing your own should be twice as much fun. Welcome to the forum!

I like your sig line: "Making friends one glass at a time."

I hear they have bumper stickers in New Orleans saying: "Rebuilding New Orleans, One Beer at a time." I'm for that and will help them do it later this year. :D

what does your username mean?
Ceilidh is a Gaelic (Scottish) party with music and, of course, refreshments. I've used the name before on 3 or 4 other boards.

We actually have some decent mircobreweries here in Utah. You just get to know the liquor laws and deal with it.

I buy my supplies from a local business, The Tooele Vine and Hop Shop.
