lol its so strange how I'm into brewing but I don't drink alcohol. but my main aim is to establish a brewery as a job creation development in my village. I've done lager like three times and the outcomes is good but i feel like i need to get more knowledge and how to master it and also looking for more lager recipes

I recommend Yooper's Haus Ale as a nice versatile APA, Biermuncher's Centennial Blonde, and Biermuncher's cream of three crops...

Plenty of others are top notch too...
