Just joined this amazing website after brewing my fourth batch two weeks ago. I look forward to sharing and picking the minds of everyone here!

I am also wanting to start my first all grain brew, but am a little nervous. . but thats normal I guess!

Great meeting everyone. . . :mug:

Nice! I'm actually in puyallup, but it's easier to say Seattle.

You know how it is. . . lol

Greetings from Kenmore.

All grain is no big deal. Lot's of info and people here to help you on your way. It's kinda fun actually. Adds about 1-1/2 to 2 hours to the brew day, but gives you a bit more control over the final product, and cheaper ingredients up front.

Cheers

Aloah! from Mississippi! All grain is the way to go. I wish I'd just did it from the start. Just do the cooler mash tun conversion, get some big pots, cajun cooker, and a good thermometer and you'll be on your way. All the info you need is on this site. Good luck and Aloah!

Thank you all for the warm welcome. The Pacific Northwest is a mecca for micro brews and home brewing. . I can only hope to contribute!
