Felt I should stop lurking on these forums and actually register and say hello.
I've been Homebrewing for 3 years now and started out with mead before immediately getting frustrated by the wait time and going to beer. I've recently moved to kegging and am starting to get far more serious. Call it inspiration from all the great Florida breweries popping up.
