Hey all,

I didn't do this when I joined, but I'm still relatively new. I have been homebrewing for almost a year and have been really nerdy about it from the start. I read The Complete Joy of Homebrewing cover to cover before even beginning my brewing, and was going all grain by my fifth batch. I started brewing at home in Boston, MA but I am now back at school in Nashville, TN. I would love to meet any brewers here in Nashville as I am new to the Nashville brewing scene. I'd love to hear from anyone about their brewing experiences in this fine city! And yes, I have already discovered All Seasons :)

Prost,

Jeff :mug:

Hey man, I'm down in Franklin TN, and I'm just getting started, so I don't have much of a connection to the scene, but I'm just about to get into all grain myself

Nice to see more folks from the mid-state. Been brewing for a couple of years and I do AG and extract brewing, depending on the weather. If you like All Seasons you will love Rebel Brewer. They are in Goodlettsville and are solely a Homebrew shop, no hydroponics.

When spring hits I will break out my brew stand and invite some of the mid-state folks on here to come by.

Just checked out Rebel Brewer's website...looks fantastic! Good prices, great selection. May have to check 'em out this weekend.

It looks like Sunday could be a brew day for me, so if any of you in the mid-state area want to come by and hang out/help brew/share a brew, then feel free. PM for more details.

I'm brewing Sunday as well! I just upgraded my mashing system from a monitored brewpot/zap-zap lauter tun setup to a bazooka screen and ball valve cooler. I already pitched my yeast starter and I'll be brewing up a delicious weizenbock tomorrow. I'm wicked excited.

PS I made my way to Rebel Brewer yesterday. Those guys are awesome. Far superior to All Seasons, methinks...

They let me smell the new Falconer's Flight hops that they have in stock, and basically I will definitely brewing up an AIPA or big hoppy west coast red ale with those guys very soon.
