Hey all! Im homebrewer from Finland. I made my first sahti brews in 2014 with my friend from school. I started my own homebrewery around 2017/2018 and its been evolving since. I brew anything what me or my girlfriend wants, usually mixed ferms, lagers and neipas. Been reading homebrewtalk for around year and just wanted to join discussion.

Greetings back at ya from Texas. Never been to Finland but when I'm not drinking/brewing up alcohol, I collect guns and have quite a few Mosin Nagant M39 military bolt action rifles from Finland (bought out of Pat Burns extensive collection) . I have some B Barrels, some made at the Sako factory, some made at the Valmet factory, some no name/no date, a couple S.k.Y. (homeguard rifles). I may even have one with a Tikka marked barrel (I have to check).

I just bought a book on making sahti (but it hasn't arrived yet). I may be asking you for some advice in the near future. :yes:
