Hi all!
Last summer I brewed 35 gallons with some friends and loved it. For Christmas this year I got a couple of fermenters and other bits and bobs to get started. Since then I’ve brewed a handful of batches, and my first one (an ESB kit that I dry hopped the last few days before I bottled) is finally becoming drinkable, albeit way too bitter. I pretty quickly jumped to BIAB via a clawhammer system for my last few batches, and have been religiously following their YouTube channel, along with the apartment brewer, brulosophy, etc.
But I’m quickly learning that I have more questions than John Palmer’s How to Brew can answer, so I’m excited to be here and be part of this community.
