Hi all.
I am home brewer from Denmark.
I have done some 25+ brews ranging from dry hopped IPA, porter/stout, barley wine, belgians, weiss beer to fruit beer.
Currently I only do ales as I dont have the equipment to ferment lagers at 10-12 celcius.

Cheers :)

Welcome to HBT. I also only do ales for the same reason, and I never developed the urge to change that. Well, I have done Charlie Papazian's "Barkshack Gingermead" several times, but the last batch lasted twelve years, and I doubt I have that much time left.
Skal! :bigmug:

My latest brew is a Kasteel Barista Chocolate Clone. It is in 2. fermentation, coffee and cacao nibs are added. It taste good :)
