Greetings from Central Florida

Hi Everyone - just wanted to stop in and say Hi. My Husband and I are newbie brewers here in Central Florida. We are hoping within the next few weeks to have everything we need completed. He is in the process of building the brew shack (formerly our backyard shed). He is the muscle and I am the brains - lol. I am on here trying to get the most information I possible can. There is so much to learn and understand but we are having a great time so far getting everything prepared. Can wait until we start up that burner for the 1st time and get our first batch started!!!
