just a hello. I'm a brewer and getting more into it. Figured it wouldn't hurt to see what everyone else is doing. I brew mead, wine, and various kinds of beers. Just started a hop vine of Mt. Hood. Also tried a Cashmere, but I'm pretty sure it's dead.
