Hi Everyone!

I'm brand new here. I was referred by a friend who's wife apparently posts here. This same friend also told me about a store that offers home brew kits, and I've decided that he's given me a new hobby! :cross:

I'm a Guinness drinker, so I'll be making darker beers. If anyone has tips or suggestions, I'm all ears!

Thanks!

What part of Cal? I grew up in Sunnyvale, and later, worked for a small aircraft maker in Long Beach. (Mickey D's)

Now, I'm in the Phoenix area.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm going to look at homebrew kits today, so I'll soon be joining in the discussions outside of the introductions forum.

So... yeah, still have the Cooper's Home Brew thing (which you can't even see the image of anymore in my opening post), unopened. Think it's any good anymore? lol
