Afternoon all...

Just started with some homebrewing... my first beer, made from a Brewers Best California Imperial Ale kit, has been fermenting away for a little over a week now, can't wait to get it into bottles and see what I've cooked up.

Everything seemed to go pretty well with the brewing, although I think I made a mistake in using a full 5-gallon boil rather than a partial boil. I'm guessing my beer is going to come out super hoppy. I'll have to make adjustments for that next time...
