HEY folks just came across this forum by chance so thought i would join
and when not looking after some ankle snappers will have a chance to go thru the forum.

Only got into this HB lark 3/4 months ago and done 3 lagers and 2 ciders and some wine so look forward to seeing wot I can pick up from America.

Beer Beer Beer wot an invention!

Phil

Funny, many of us are looking into your glasses over there. Many are starting to consider America the craft beer mecca nowadays. Soo many styles of ales, etc over here now,it makes my head spin.

Thats it mate, more people brewing and 50 states worth of breweries that adds up to a shed load of different beers, bring it on.
Haven't tried AG yet will be doing that next year so will be hunting down different recipes some from the UK and some from the US.
Oz is a good place as well for craft beer.

The Aussie's are just starting to learn our definition of craft beer. As I've noticed on the cooper's forums anyway. They've got a bit different take on it. They seem to like mostly bittering. We like big malt & big hops. Wheat ales,IPA's,APA's,that sort of thing. So many permutations, you'll have fun exploring for some time to come.

Or,like Red Foxx said on Sanford & Son,"I'll be a good old man when I'm a dead old man". lolz May the heat never ruin your brews,& the sun never skunk them.

Where I am no worries with the heat ruining our beer.

Couldn't do me a favour and put your time on oyur post so I know the time difference,

Cheers

Thanks for that, that means I am 4 hrs ahead as the time that shows up on the post here is my time zone.

Cheers Deafsmith,

Suppose youse are all still in your scrathers with that time difference.;)

I have some amount of stuff to go thru on this forum thats not on the forums over here.
