Just getting back into the sport after about a 13 year layoff! Brewing my first batch as I write this!

Everything went well. Pretty simple gluten free pale ale.

Just checked on it and the action is just getting under way!

Very nice.. good to hear it went smooth. I'm down in Albany. Hoping to get back on my feet soon after a broken ankle and brew something up.

Hey dap325, what brew stores do you got to?
I have visited Hammersmith in Latham but wondered if there were others.

Other than Hammersmith, there is Hennessey Homebrew in East Greenbush. Its on Rt 4 just north of Rt 43. I've been to both for a few odds and ends in the past and have no complaints. Both were helpful and seemed to have a good variety of things in stock and ready to buy. Hennessey would be worth the extra 20min or so drive it would take you from Halfmoon to check them out one day.
