Sorry for the double post if you read one of my other questions today. Thought it was worthy of it's own thread since there isn't a ton of information on brewing with Chile's that I saw on the site. I have only sampled at this point and won't have the final judgement for another 6 days or so. From what I've tried so far it is pretty darn spicy on the back of the throat. I don't really care much about clarity, but hoping this clears up a bit, looks more like a hefeweizen than an Ale. Will let you all know how it turns out.
