I am fairly new at this allgrain thing (and a new member to the site), but have managed to brew 2 really good ipa's. i want to try my hand at a belgian dubbel recipe that isn't too complicated that someone experienced can really recommend. i don't trust a lot of the recipes on the recipe sites for this style because they seem to vary so much and there isn't a lot of feedback on them. Anyone ever brewed a really good batch in this style, and if so would you mind posting the recipe?
