This was my second batch all grain! A Coffee Chocolate Stout. It has been in Primary for 2 weeks and 3 days! (First) Final Gravity reading was around 1.016 and the recipe called for 1.018... Is that good or bad?

That is a fine final gravity. Your mash temp may have been a little on the low side and you got more fermentable sugars than you intended.
