I just got a Hoprocket for xmas and will soon purchase a plate chiller (probably Therminator). I may invest in a pump in the future, but would like to get by without for now. Will elevating my brew kettle and using gravity be enough to move all the wort through this setup? Also, I typically use a bazooka screen in my kettle to strain the trub. Should I remove this and rely on the hoprocket for filtration?
