I am almost finally finished with my Brew Station and I wanted to post some pictures to share my ideas and maybe lend some ideas to others wanting to build their own. Cheers!

Hmmm might look into making this with metal, and add casters.
Why metal? Looks like it'll function perfectly as is

Looks good, I am considering building something just like that.
Is that in your basement, and if so, do you have any concerns with CO, lack of Oxygen, or condensation?

Metal would be cool! If you do it please share photos. I used wood because its what I'm use to and what I have the tools for.
I debated about casters and still may. It's light enough to move without them due to it being pine. But it makes an awful racket if you try to move it when it's in storage mode with everything on it. Best to move it first then load it up.
I'm also planning on adding something to hold the mashtun lid when stirring and hold the stir spoon when not in use. Also in the works of planning a chute for the grains.

No its in my garage but I did see one a guy had in his basement and he had ran some duct work out a basement window for ventilation. He also had a water line ran into the HLT so he didn't even have to carry water up a ladder or try and lift 7+ gallons of water onto the top tier.

Welding is much easier and faster...and metal can't catch fire if $hit happens... which it usually does.
I've been a woodworker for 50 years but would also use metal for this build if I could.
You did an outstanding job and it's obvious that you really thought it out well!
agreed, metal might be 'safer', but still a damn nice build, I like it, especially the self storage integration. Those 10 gallon pots? Any chance of dimensional help?

@BowAholic and @Fedora thank you for the compliments. I agree that metal would be overall safer and I wish I knew more about welding. But with the flame being above the wood and the boil kettle stand being able to be moved away from the rest of it that it's fairly safe.

Thank you! They are 10 gallon pots but they are fat so fairly short. I can't even take a OG reading in them because at 5 gallons post boil the hydrometer hits the bottom.
As far as measurements go from low tier to high tier its.
12 and 1/4", 40 and 7/8", 52 and 1/4"
I aimed for 6" from ball valve to the lower pot although I had to sacrifice from the mashtun to boil kettle due to my garage ceiling height. There's a lot of dead space in the boil kettle so that's why I chose there.
As far as width & length goes my measurements won't matter. It'll just depend on your burner. I took some measurements of a friends and mine ended up being totally different sizes and also rectangular instead of square like his.
