On a walk to get a coffee at work today I discovered a mass of grape vines behind our building... Thanks to the almost constant construction here we had to take a different door that opened to the delightful surprise..
Any tips/tricks to using/storing fresh grape leaves for future cooking?

The commercial grape leaves that I use are packed in a salt water solution. I am not sure if you would want to blanch them first.
