grains in brew kettle

When I added my grains to the grain bag and placed the bag into the brew kettle...all of the small particles of the grain came out of the bag and are floating around in the brew water. Is this normal or did they crush the grains too much? Should I be worried?

Completely normal...nothing to be concerned about. Brew on!

Yep, just the smaller pieces of grain/husk that can fit between the small openings of the bag. Like wrench said, nothing to be concerned about. This will happen on all batches you use milled grain and a bag. RDWHAHB.
