Even though I am blessed to have Northern Brewer and Midwest supply so close to my house I decided to stock and crush my own grains.

Love the extra space. Mine is not so well set up. I have buckets of base grain on one side and smaller bins on the other side. I have a corona style mill installed on a work bench filling buckets on a shelf below.

Some day a roller mill, I am looking at a Monster Mill 2.0. Two roller. I like the setup with the bucket up under the milling shelf!
 
Very nice! Not exactly saying that you are excessively organized, but perhaps a touch of OCD, eh?;)
 
Wow, that is impressive as hell :mug:
I wish I had the room for that, but instead I keep all of my grains in a pair of 50g lidded trash barrels.
So low rent :eek:
