Just finished motorizing my grain mill, my cordless drill would get real hot when doing a large amount of grain. The total bill after the mill itself was about $90.00. I will be crushing grain tonight for tomorrow's brew session.

Motor, pulleys, shaft adapter and belt from Grainger for $76, my company does a lot of business with them so we get a discount. The hopper was made at work by some a buddy of mine.
 
It's real nice..... the only think I'd suggest is a guard for the belts and sheaves. You don't want to lose a finger... you need them to hold your beers. :tank:
