grain mill plans

a good friend of mine is a machinist, and is willing to make me a grain mill if i can find the plans for one, so i was wondering if anyone had or knew where i can get the plans?

Grain Mill 3 inch wide rollers with one 2.25 inch and one 1.25 inch Designed to be operated with my 3/8 inch electric drill, it has 4 bearings and can roll frozen regular barley into something resembling rolled oats.

Frozen barley? I'm wondering if fozen malt would mill the same way. You may be on to something there.
